This guide will help you why your server doesn't show on list


The ARK: Survival Evolved inside game server list only shows around 4.500 servers, that are randomly selected, Steam servers also shows only 4.500 servers in their list also choosen randomly like inside ARK server list.

Unfortunlety ARK ingame server list lacks of some fuctions like adding own servers or directly connect to your server ip, we hope that they can sort out this issue in a future patch, not also adding options to add your own server or direct connect to it, but also solve the problem of 4.500 servers limitation list.

It's nothing documented, but we suspect that the servers are choosen to populate tht 4.5000 limit list base on server existence time, friendly and unique server name, and server popularity, we also have reports that claiming your server to ARKServers.net and GameTracker.com will "boost" your server to be picked to show on the list.

But even if your server doesn't show on the list for the first hours or the first days, don't worry, that's not a problem from your server or from our machine, even that list having a 4.500 servers limit, everyday new servers are added to that list and old servers removed, in the meantime you can play on your server normally and connect to it with diferent methods, check out this guide on how to connect to your server.
